Open Campus/Lunch Form

​​​​​​​Dear Parent:
Your child has requested permission to be released from one or more study halls during the school year
and open lunch.  You may indicate your approval by electronically signing this form.  Students MUST meet the following criteria each quarter to be eligible.

Open Campus Policy:

Students will be eligible for open campus/open lunch only if they meet the following criteria: 

  • Open campus/open lunch is not open for freshmen.
  • ADM High School allows SOPHOMORE, JUNIOR, AND SENIOR STUDENTS ONLY to have open lunch and open campus.  Students must meet and maintain the specific criteria to be eligible for this privilege.  
  • Students must be passing all of their classes each midterm report/semester with a C- and above.  
  • At each midterm report and semester break student eligibility will be determined based on their midterm progress reports or semester grades.
  •  If a student is earning a grade below a C-, they will have their open campus/open lunch revoked until the next midterm report or semester break. 
  • They may earn open campus/open lunch back at the next midterm report/semester break by passing all of their courses with a C- and above.  
  • Students MUST maintain regular attendance and meet the behavior expectations outlined in the Student/Parent Handbook. 
  • Any absence that is determined to be “skipping” will result in the loss of open campus/open lunch privileges for 90 days.
  • Student must be back to their next class on time.

Sophomores, juniors and seniors may have open campus during any study hall and during lunch.  Freshman are not eligible for open campus.  
 
Students who have open campus will not be in the hallways or other parts of the building or on school grounds during their open campus periods, including the parking lots, unless they are under the supervision of a teacher.  Of course a reasonable amount of time is permitted to come and go as dictated by student schedules.
 
Parents may also revoke your student’s open campus as well by contacting the high school office.   However, it will not be reinstated until the next midterm report/semester break with parent permission. 
 

This is a year long permission form. If you feel that your student’s open campus privileges need to be reviewed at the semester break, please contact the high school office.
